We are seeking qualified candidates for a Sr. Innovation Project Lead at our Corporate Headquarters located in Glen Allen, VA.

The Senior Innovation Project Lead plays a pivotal role in leading teams in the generation and validation of innovative solutions. They are highly trained creative thinkers that serve as neutral, impartial guides who foster creative collaboration to achieve shared objectives. Their effectiveness is measured by their group's ability to leverage available tools to generate multiple meaningfully unique ideas that strongly resonate with consumers and align with the projects mission and organization's objectives. This position is hybrid, on-site 3 days per week.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Marketing, Innovation, or a related field.
• 10+ years of directly related experience in consumer packaged or durables goods industry
• Black Belt certified by Eureka Ranch or equivalent
• Demonstrates exceptional creativity and a natural intellectual curiosity
• Excels in visualizing and articulating ideas with clarity and impact
• Strong team leadership or cross-functional project management experience is essential
• Strong communicator with outstanding presentation and storytelling skills
• Empathic listener that is comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation that takes a hands-on approach
• Comfortable facilitating brainstorming session with cross-functional teams and influencing at all levels
• Passionate about driving change and continuous improvement.
• A passion for cooking, baking, beverage making, cleaning, and home goods
• Deep appreciation for design and innovation

Certifications or licenses required: Black Belt from Eureka ranch

Computer hardware/software skills required: MS Office, Project Management software
