Summary The Senior Designer will bring AccuWeather's products and services to life through engaging and inspired design, supporting national campaigns, marketing initiatives, and brand storytelling. As AccuWeather's first in-house designer, this role will establish the foundation for a growing internal design function and collaborate closely with marketing, communications, ad sales, product, and AccuWeather For Business (AFB). The ideal candidate is a self-starting collaborator, problem solver, and communicator who can generate ideas and execute them with excellence. This role will also play a critical part in shaping design processes, brand guidelines, and scalable creative systems, with the opportunity to help build and mentor a future creative team over time.
