This position is site-based and requires a presence on-site three days per week.

Summary of Role

Lantheus is seeking a People Solutions Partner to join its dynamic HR team. Reporting to the Senior Director of HR Operations, this role serves as a critical liaison between Total Rewards, HR Technology, Finance, and external vendors. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise and a collaborative mindset to support the execution of compensation and benefits programs. This position plays a key role in scaling processes, managing complex deliverables, and ensuring stakeholder alignment across multiple initiatives and a resource for employees. It's an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact team and help shape the employee experience at Lantheus.

Responsibilities



  • Champion operational excellence and continued process improvement through effective design, implementation, and administration of critical people systems and technology.
  • Manage and report out to the HR team and leadership on overall HR initiatives tracking against goals.
  • Support the Total Rewards team with compensation and benefits administration and programs
  • Maintain compensation and benefit data within the HR systems
  • Recognize and identify data-related issues in and recommend improvements.
  • Perform regular audits on benefits enrollment and compensation data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist with HR initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Coordinate and assist in other projects, programs, and activities as assigned.


    Qualifications



    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Solid understanding of Human Resources management principles and practices.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across varying priorities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Experience with HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
