Manufacturing Engineer Salary Description: $75,000 - $90,000 annual DOQ Windings, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned company, meaning every employee-owner shares in our success. We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on turning challenges into solutions and ideas into reality. In this role, you'll improve process capabilities, ensure smooth product transitions to production, and work hands-on with cross-functional teams to drive quality, efficiency, and innovation on the production floor. What you will be responsible for: The Manufacturing Engineer assists in the development of capable processes and ensures efficient and effective transfer of product into production. The position is responsible for initiating and conducting defined technical tasks associated within a manufacturing environment.

We are open to filling the position at a higher level depending on qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program based on company performance goals. Bonus payouts are not guaranteed and are determined at the company's discretion.
