We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our Merchant team. The Wholesale Merchandiser is responsible for creating the wholesale experience including fostering in-store relationships with wholesale associates, visual merchandising execution, competitor & market insights, and training and events for Fossil Group's portfolio of brands within the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Main focus will be on Watches and Jewelry for Fossil Group brands (including Fossil, MK, AX, Tory Burch, Michele, etc), and will consist of the below responsibilities:

  • Partner with store teams, ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively and consistently to maximize sales and profitability
  • Partner with store teams, to drive sales and conversion with customers
  • Communicate with Market Manager on inconsistencies, as well as specific product and inventory needs in a timely manner, and documents conversations with retail partners to ensure necessary improvements
  • Assess Local Competitor/Consumer Market Dynamics and share feedback, insights, and potential solutions
  • Communicate with Sales Account Executives and store teams on business analysis, floor placement, and sales trends
  • Conduct ongoing training throughout the year with store teams and wholesale partners to ensure consistent implementation of provided visual merchandising guide and marketing materials
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to plan and execute point of sale and wholesale events within market to drive revenue and improve local associate / customer engagement
  • 70% Visual Merchandising Execution Review / 20% Training, Events, Relationships / 10% Analysis
  • Average of 4.5 days in the field, 1/2 day office administration

Your Skills


  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or Communications
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Proficient knowledge of iPad and Windows-based computer skills, preferable Google Workspace
  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Strong business acumen
  • Open to working weekends
  • Possess reliable transportation
