Now Hiring: Director of Sales - Wholesale Distribution (Plumbing Industry)
Remote | Up to 75% Travel | $150K-$190K Base + 20-25% Bonus Are you a seasoned sales leader with deep roots in the plumbing industry and a passion for driving growth through distributor networks? We're looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to lead national wholesale efforts, expand market reach, and build lasting relationships across the industry. What You'll Be Doing: * Lead the expansion of our distributor network and strengthen relationships with existing partners. * Drive product placement into major retailers and showrooms such as Home Depot, Lowe's, Hajoca, and other key players. * Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to shape and execute sales strategies. * Manage and mentor a small sales team, including a field-based Sales Manager. * Leverage your industry rolodex to open new doors and increase purchase orders. What You Bring: * 10+ years of wholesale sales experience (plumbing industry highly preferred). * 8+ years in leadership roles. * Proven success in scaling national distributor networks and managing large accounts. * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Data-driven mindset with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. * Ability to navigate complex challenges and develop innovative solutions. * Willingness to travel extensively across the US, Canada, and Mexico (up to 75%).
