Be our Business Support Analyst! Are you a data-driven problem solver with a knack for streamlining operations? We're looking for a Business Support Analyst II to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, compliance, and strategic execution across our mortgage division. What You'll Do As a key contributor to our operations, you'll support cross-functional initiatives, automate processes, and deliver insights that help shape business decisions. You'll be the go-to resource for reporting, analysis, and project coordination. * Develop and deliver compliance reports that track performance against key targets * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage complex projects and presentations * Build interim business tools to boost operational efficiency * Provide data analysis and problem-solving support to the Operations team * Draft and maintain policies and procedures across departmental roles * Contribute to strategic planning and special initiatives * Uphold company values and contribute to a culture of excellence What You Bring We're seeking someone with a solid foundation in mortgage operations and a sharp analytical mind. * Minimum 1 year of mortgage industry experience (not banking) * Familiarity with mortgage terminology (e.g., CD = Closing Disclosure, DOT, P&I) * Knowledge of FHA, VA, or other mortgage products is a plus * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience in financial services preferred Why You'll Love It Here This role offers the perfect blend of operational impact and strategic exposure. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $26.44/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
