*Patient Service Center Representatives Needed in Las Vegas, NV (89113)*
*Location*: Las Vegas, NV 89113 *Start Date:* September 29, 2025 *Pay Rate:* $20-$21/hour *Schedule*: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7 AM-7 PM (Training: 8 AM-4:30 PM) * About the Role* As a Patient Service Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients across Intermountain clinics. You'll deliver exceptional service in a high-volume inbound call center, helping patients schedule appointments, navigate care options, and resolve inquiries-all while embodying the values of a "caregiver". * Key Responsibilities* * Handle 60-85 inbound calls daily (top performers exceed 100!) * Schedule appointments across primary care, specialty, oncology, women's health, and pediatrics * Document calls in EPIC EMR and use Salesforce CRM * Navigate insurance details using internal knowledge base * Maintain schedule adherence and resolve calls efficiently (goal: under 4 minutes per call) What You'll Bring *Must-Haves:* * 1+ year of Call Center * Healthcare or Medical Office Experience * Why You'll Love It Here* * Clear path to growth-many managers started in this role! * Monthly team events, swag giveaways, and Monday breakfasts * 4 weeks PTO + holidays, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) match * Supportive leadership and collaborative culture * Compliance Requirements* * BG check and drug screening * Medical screening *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
