We're seeking a Loan Review Specialist to join a high-performing team focused on pre-purchase review of residential mortgage loans. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of processing experience who's ready to take the next step. What You'll Be Doing: * Review Conventional, Non-Conforming, FHA, and VA loan files to ensure all required documentation is present and compliant. * Validate loan packages against AUS findings and internal guidelines using Confluence. * Identify and resolve documentation gaps, including gift funds, liabilities, and income verification. * Ensure accuracy across all documents and systems, maintaining high standards for data integrity. * Meet daily production goals and quality benchmarks (e.g., 27 loans/day at 88% accuracy, 95% SLA completion). What You Bring: * 1-3 years of residential mortgage loan processing experience. * Strong understanding of DTI, LTV, income documents, appraisals, and AUS findings. * Familiarity with production environments and performance metrics. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple deadlines. * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Disqualifiers: * No residential mortgage experience. * Experience limited to non-production environments.
