The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product placement into retail stores and showrooms, increasing purchase orders, and leveraging their industry network-including contacts at Home Depot, Lowe's, Hajoca, and other key distributors-to generate new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategies to grow the national wholesale network, with a focus on the plumbing industry. * Cultivate and expand relationships with major distributors and retail partners. * Drive product placement into new and existing showrooms and retail locations. * Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. * Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives. * Manage large wholesale accounts and negotiate high-value contracts. * Analyze performance metrics to guide forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. * Travel extensively across the US, Canada, and Mexico (up to 75%). Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 10 years of wholesale sales experience, preferably in the plumbing industry. * At least 8 years in senior leadership roles. * Proven success in scaling national wholesale networks. * Strong account management and cold calling expertise. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment. * Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Comfortable navigating ambiguous challenges and crafting innovative solutions. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $190000.00/yr. 401(k) with matching program Paid time off (PTO) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Health savings account Life insurance *Workplace Type* This is a fully remote position. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on Aug 29, 2025. h4>About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
