Your Job Georgia-Pacific is currently seeking an Electrical Reliability Engineer at their Brunswick Cellulose mill in Brunswick Georgia. A successful candidate for this role will provide project support to both Maintenance and Engineering projects and Capital projects by maintaining an awareness of Electrical Standards, flagging/addressing project issues relative to those standards, and supporting the change management process. Additionally, this role will develop Electrical related scopes that are based on sound and economically viable repair/replacement decisions via the maintenance workflow process. An ability to identify, develop and champion improvements in the workflow process is expected. Experience with RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) methodologies and application to problem solving will be a significant expectation for this role. We are seeking someone who has demonstrated skills in critical and economic thinking. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required in this role. The ability to identify, develop and champion improvements in the reliability capabilities of the Work Execution organization is greatly desired. The successful candidate will be able to excel in a multi-functional team and be able to prioritize multiple business requests. What You Will Do
