Job Summary
The Electronics Assembler / Soldering Technician is responsible for performing precision assembly, soldering, and rework on circuit boards, electronic modules, and systems. This role includes both repetitive and non-repetitive tasks, such as assembling, soldering, testing, and repairing electronic components. The position is ideal for individuals with experience in electronics assembly, rack assembly, or repair who are detail-oriented, quality-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a production environment. Job Responsibilities
Assemble and solder electronic components, including surface mount (SMT) and through-hole parts
Perform advanced rework and repair on components such as BGAs, QFNs, high-density connectors, and fine-pitch solder joints
Conduct continuity and functional checks on in-process and completed assemblies
Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble prototype assemblies and subassemblies in accordance with engineering specifications
Perform mechanical assembly, including installation of standoffs, spacers, and adhesives or epoxies
Utilize microscopes, soldering stations, reflow ovens, AOI, and X-ray systems to perform detailed inspections and ensure product quality
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve design or assembly issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and adhere to all safety and quality standards
Job Requirements
Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of electronics assembly, soldering, or rework experience
Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC-7711/7721 preferred)
Skilled in hand soldering, reflow soldering, and fine-pitch component work
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
Must pass a medical examination in accordance with supplier requirements

On-site position located in Oldsmar, FL
Available shifts: 1st and 2nd
Overtime may be required, including weekends, based on production needs
Regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company safety and quality policies are required
