About the role:

The Transaction Manager, while overseeing the Transaction Specialist, will work alongside the U.S. Retail team and will act to facilitate nationally led tenant representation accounts and leasing transactions. Thisrole provides proactive, direct assistance and customer service to internal and external clients. Inthis role, the Transaction Manager will be responsible for providing a broad range of analytical,marketing, and research support by performing the key accountabilities listed below.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage multiple concurrent transaction management engagements. Oversee and coordinateengagement and performance of local market brokerage activities.

  • Assist in ensuring transactionmanagement services are delivered in a high-quality, professional manner, complying with client specific governance and processes.

  • Ensure consistent delivery of tools, transaction analytics and technology to clients and internal leadership - deliver soundgovernance through clear communications, performance measurements and general quality controlinitiatives.

  • Leverage Transaction Advisory and Management Capabilities - Align past experience directly managingthe lease transaction/tenant representation process in order to be able to provide maximum value toclients.

  • Showcase strong Client Relationship Management capabilities - Perform as an active relationshipmanager for select client(s), taking accountability for the delivery of transaction management services and performance

  • Support preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual client business reviews - Support initiatives (includingBest Practices and Lessons Learned, and Performance Measurement and Management) through active engagement with clients and coordinating respective service line and/or account resources to ensure compliance and quality.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial/industrial corporate real estate, with extensive transaction management.

  • People Management/Direct Report experience is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Deep knowledge of real estate principles, leasing, and transaction management.

  • Proficiency with Smartsheet or other workflow tracking systems to support transaction management.

  • High competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information:

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $72,653.00 to $105,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
