Job Overview:

Supply Chain OR Coordinator is responsible for implementing, measuring and facilitating all supply chain activities for Perioperative Services within the facility, at the direction of the SC OR Manager and Site Supply Chain Director (SSCD).

Performs procurement activities for OR services in a cost-effective manner using current inventory management processes and procedures. Responsible for managing inventory levels and product demand using PAR tools to ensure product availability while minimizing inventory cost.

Works with Clinical Resource Directors (CRD) and SC OR Manager for approval on all newly requested items prior to requisition.

Serves as a liaison between OR Supply Chain operations, OR leadership, Value Analysis and finance.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Highschool diploma or Equivalent

Preferred:

• Associates degree
• One to two years of experience in a hospital settings
• Computer literate, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) experience

Scheduling Requirements:

• Full Time Day
