How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to improve factory performance

• Coach teams on ITM tools like 5S, Visual Management, TPM, and Standard Work

• Partner with cross-functional teams to eliminate waste and optimize processes

• Advance ITM system maturity through assessments and deployment phases

• Drive cost-out initiatives and mentor others in project execution

• Build a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Communicate across all levels to influence and implement change

• Translate strategy into actionable plans that deliver results

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement

• Lean or Six Sigma training or certification preferred

• Proven track record of delivering measurable results

• Experience leading change and influencing without direct authority

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
