Software Developer (C++ or Python)

Triaplex, Inc. (A wholly owned subsidiary of VTG) is looking for Software Developer with strong Python or C++ experience to join our team. This position will support a mission-focused customer during the full life-cycle development of a Radio Frequency Processing System.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements

* Create and maintain a scalable, high-availability, mission system using modern system design principles.

* Create docker containers and/or Kubernetes pods and clusters.

* Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards

* Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components

* Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design

* Confer with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces

* Generate automation scripts as appropriate to improve workflow and efficiency.

* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or related discipline. May substitute four years' experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. ( Bachelor's OR 4 year's additional experience may be substituted for Bachelor's

* Polygraph in the last 7 years

* Fourteen (14) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

* C++ Focused and/or Strong Python

* K8 (Kubernetes) experience

* Familiarity with RF/DSP
