Staffmark is hiring a
Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster for a leading risk management organization in San Bernardino. If you're experienced in handling complex, litigated claims and looking to join a team that values your skills and supports your professional growth-this is your next opportunity!

Pay: $35.46/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Review and process Workers' Compensation claims to determine compensability
  • Calculate and authorize benefits (TTD, PD, Life Pension)
  • Investigate claims thoroughly and manage them through resolution
  • Communicate Workers' Comp benefits and legal rights to injured employees
  • Handle subrogation and litigation cases, collaborating with physicians, attorneys, and stakeholders



Requirements:



  • 3+ years of recent Workers' Compensation claims adjustment experience
  • Minimum 1 year managing complex/litigated claims (e.g., CT, AOE/COE, stress, safety cases)
