What to Expect
 As an Electrician with the Self Perform Construction team, you will have the opportunity to work on all phases of commercial construction. 
 
What You'll Do
  - Working as a team with the entire Construction department, the Construction Electrician performs a new installation of: power distribution, transformers, and lighting, temporary construction power and electrical equipment up to 480 VAC
 - Maintains and troubleshoots various types of electrical components
 - Uses complex electrical schematics and blueprints to plan work scopes, install requested improvements, and troubleshoot and correct problems
 - Consults manuals, reads and interprets diagrams, P&IDs, blueprints, and schematics
 - Performs a wide variety of job scopes
 - Displays positive attitudes and practices good work ethics that reflect the mission, philosophy, and goals of the company
 - Completes tasks in a timely manner and provides feedback
 
   
 
What You'll Bring
  - 5+ years of Electrician experience in industrial or commercial settings
 - Proficient in using hand tools, electrical meters, and testing equipment
 - Must possess or be able to maintain a Journeyman card within 90 days
 - Efficient in sizing conductors, conduits, and utilizing NEC Code Book
 - Experienced in handling voltages from low to 480 VAC, with medium voltage experience as a plus
 - Strong knowledge in installing and troubleshooting PLCs, motor controls, drives, and electronic components
 - Ability to interpret electrical prints, install equipment, and produce parts lists, work plans, and as-built drawings
