Position Summary Odyssey is seeking an Associate Security Director/Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) for our corporate office in Wakefield, MA. The Security Director/FSO is responsible for implementing the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met, for field office locations, and employees around the globe. The successful candidate will interface with all levels of Odyssey personnel and Government management and security personnel to ensure contract security compliance with National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), 32 CFR Part 117, DOD 5205.07, Contract Security Classification Specification (DD254) and Program Classification Guides. The Associate Director of Security must be able to advise company's Security and Information Protection Executive Director on strategic security topics and implement security initiatives across the company by interpreting company and Government security policies. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to:
Lead the Security Department in all matters necessary to ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program to include the administrative details of the program.
Additional requirements for SAP activities and contracts Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications: Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Top Secret with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI Education: Bachelor's Degree Years' experience: At least seven (7) years of experience in Industrial Security, no less than five (5) years of experience as an AFSO or FSO. At least five (5) years of direct personnel supervision/ management
