Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in units, common areas, and grounds.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them to the Property Manager.
• Ensure that all work orders and maintenance requests are documented and completed within a timely manner.
• Complete unit turns as soon as possible after the unit is vacated.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as hanging doors, installing cabinets, and repairing walls and ceilings.
• Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and groundskeeping duties as needed.
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be available for emergency maintenance calls outside of regular working hours.
