Are you ready to make a meaningful impact by aligning people strategies with business success? We're seeking a forward-thinking, results-driven professional to partner with senior business leaders and HR experts to create and deliver innovative strategies that empower our associates and drive organizational growth.

In this role, you'll lead initiatives that include talent strategy deployment, engagement action plans, workforce planning, and change management. You'll also develop technical learning solutions that support business goals and create a positive, impactful associate experience.   • Strategic Initiative Partnership and Execution:
    • Own and lead the execution of critical HR strategic initiatives aligned with our long-term business goals.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to develop and execute people and functional strategies that increase organizational and individual performance to deliver on business goals.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor providing consultation, coaching, and guidance on complex people and talent issues.
  • Talent and Culture:
    • Drive the execution of global HR initiatives at the local level, including performance management, compensation planning, succession planning, and employee engagement.
    • Evaluate internal and external talent capabilities and drive actionable plans to identify, develop, and grow talent through succession and development planning.
    • Lead strategic and operational workforce planning efforts across client groups.
    • Responsible for creating and deploying technical learning solutions for that align with talent strategies applicable to client groups.
    • Facilitate high-quality deployment and delivery of enterprise people processes, including annual performance management, compensation planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Change Leadership:
    • Act as a change leader for key strategic business initiatives, partnering closely with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Employee Engagement and Experience:
    • Collaborate with business leaders to enhance employee engagement and nurture a positive organizational culture.
    • Drive initiatives that support and reinforce a collaborative, aligned, and engaged culture.
    • Act as a cultural steward, promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture that supports collaboration and alignment across geographically dispersed teams that support and reinforce a collaborative, aligned, and engaged culture.
  • Organizational Design & Effectiveness:
    • Lead organizational design and transformation activities, including deploying processes to assist leaders with decision-making for effective staffing and structure.
    • Support transformation-related change activities applicable to client groups.
  • COE Collaboration:
    • Develop strong working relationships with HR Centers of Expertise, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR Operations.
    • Partner COEs to understand and implement core programs, frameworks, and processes across the business.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Provide information and insights to enable data-driven human capital decisions, leveraging HR and business metrics to analyze and identify issues, needs, and trends.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources; HR and/or Change Management Certification a plus. 10 years of experience in a human resources business partner role including prior experience leading executive-level talent strategies and execution for medium to large scale transformations.

  • Ability to develop innovative and agile HR solutions tailored to client group complexities.
  • Proven ability to build and lead learning programs focused on technical and leadership development.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term goals and day-to-day operational needs ensuring global initiatives are tailored and effective at local level.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Expertise in managing complex, cross-cultural dynamics across global regions.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives effectively.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide expertise and guidance to business leaders, acting as a coach and mentor.
  • Collaboration: Influence alignment and decision-making across multiple functional areas in ambiguous situations.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts proactively.
  • Critical Thinking: Identify, define, and solve HR-related problems impacting business direction using innovative approaches.
  • Interpersonal Communication: Foster strong partnerships through effective communication.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
