Progressive Die Press Operator - 2nd Shift

About the Opportunity:

We are looking to grow our Progressive Press Area in our Newburyport facility and have a need on our 2nd Shift (330p - 12a).

Location: Newburyport, MA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Run Progressive Die Press machines with skill and efficiency
• Able to identify issues and recommend solutions when issues arise with the press
• Proficient with measuring instruments
• Provide technical expertise in Progressive Cell
• Ensures that work environment is free of safety hazards, compliant with OSHA regulations
• Drives Continuous Improvement across area and applies Lean principles to meet business needs
• Follows all applicable AS9100 and Company procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Detail oriented
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong technical knowledge of Tool and Die, and Progressive Dies
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation & Benefits:

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $40,000-$46,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, and geographic location.
