Your Team, Your Impact

The 3rd Party IP Management team engages with IP suppliers to provide solutions to the Marvell Product teams. We engage in technical evaluations, ensure quality deliverables, drive Contract and SOW completion, and support SoC teams with Integration and Hardware Bring-up. This role provides broad exposure to the Marvell Product Offering and team members engage across all areas of responsibility inside Marvell (Engineering, Legal, Finance, Operations, etc)

What You Can Expect

* Negotiate Contracts and Technical SOWs with IP Suppliers
* Track IP deliverables from IP suppliers and report into the Product development teams
* Track IP Spending by program & supplier
* Provide Quote support to the Marvell business teams for new business opportunities

* Review Roadmaps from IP suppliers and assess Technical and Schedule alignment with Product needs
* Interact with cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Finance, Legal, Program Management Office

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and a minimum of 9 years of related professional experience; Master's degree and minimum of 6 years of related experience

* 5+ years of experience in SoC Architecture or Design of high-speed serial and/or memory interface IP.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualification:
* 3+ years of experience in Contract Negotiation
* 3+ years of experience in Program Management

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

121,400 - 181,800, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
