MIT Lincoln Laboratory is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Lead Architect & Development Manager to oversee the architectural integrity and development operations of our expanding ServiceNow platform. This hybrid role is pivotal in ensuring the platform's scalability, reliability, and alignment with the Laboratory's mission to deliver exceptional services to our community. The successful candidate will lead a diverse team of internal and external developers, establish robust development processes, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive the platform's evolution. This position also reports to the ServiceNow Program Manager and will partner with the broader ServiceNow leadership team to shape and contribute to the short- and long-term strategic goals of the platform.
