Account Manager - Northern Atlanta Metro Area (Relocation Assistance Available)

The Account Manager will focus on cultivating new business within the region, managing his / her time effectively by focusing on the right accounts in their region and collaborate and coordinate effectively with internal partners to ensure optimal resource deployment.

Responsibilities:




  • Drive territory growth by maintaining and expanding sales across all product lines through consistent customer engagement and solution-based selling.



  • Promote and demonstrate innovative hearing solutions, providing expert training and support on product fitting, fine-tuning, and software use.



  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term business partnerships.



  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Regional Directors, Key Account Managers, Trainers, and Inside Sales to execute territory strategies and maximize performance.



  • Lead onboarding and training for new accounts, ensuring seamless integration, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction.



  • Negotiate pricing and business terms while identifying opportunities to enhance marketing strategies and drive customer growth.



  • Represent the company at national and regional industry events, showcasing leadership and commitment to advancing hearing care excellence.





Education and Skillset:




  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or AuD preferred, or equivalent experience in hearing healthcare or related field.



  • Proven experience in the hearing healthcare industry or consultative medical sales, with strong technical knowledge of hearing instruments and fitting practices.



  • Action-oriented and results-driven, demonstrating accountability, initiative, and a passion for helping others hear better.



  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage, educate, and influence diverse audiences.



  • Tech-savvy and analytical, with proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.



  • Curious and courageous leader, eager to learn, adapt, and continuously improve in a dynamic market environment.



  • Experience fitting Phonak technology or similar hearing solutions strongly preferred.





A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

If the applicant selected for this role resides in CA, CO, NY or WA we adhere to the pay transparency required in those states. This role's pay range is between: $80,000 - $100,000, plus commission eligible.
