Could you be the full-time onsite Digital Service Specialist in Los Angeles, CA, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your digital services expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and results-driven teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation projects that empower Operations and Maintenance staff to excel. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Services Operations, Maintenance, and Corporate IT), ensure compliance with corporate IT and cybersecurity processes, and document stakeholder requirements to meet business needs-and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Establishing a digital and innovative way of working for the Services Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Product Line ,



  • Improving IT cost variability and efficiency ,



  • Managing the operational relationship between Services O&M Product Line and Alstom's Digital Services (DS) counterparts at the site level ,



  • Reducing cybersecurity risk ,



  • Ensuring Alstom Digital Services (DS) deliver on service level agreement commitments through enforcement of processes and periodic reviews ,



  • Implementing corrective action plans for areas where Digital Services (DS) service delivery is not meeting business expectations ,



  • Reviewing detailed root cause analysis (RCA) documents for outages or high-impact incidents and coordinating with business partners to prevent reoccurrence ,



  • Acting as the focal point for all Digital Services (DS) matters and correspondence with Alstom Digital Services (DS) ,



  • Escalation management at the site level to ensure potential issues do not impact business performance ,



  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality implementation of new products and procedures"

  • Degree in information technology or information technology management (a master's degree in information system management is preferred). ,



  • Experience or understanding of end user support, particularly in a digital services environment. ,



  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, software contract compliance, and corporate IT processes. ,



  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and digital transformation initiatives. ,



  • Solid communication skills with Executive Staff. ,



  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously in an international environment. ,



  • Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. ,



  • Proficiency in Office 365 Suite, Tier 1 ERPs, project planning, user acceptance testing, and requirements gathering.
