DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Program Analyst 3, you will serve as the agency's Reentry Coordinator. You will coordinate reentry initiatives for individuals returning to the community from state, federal, and county incarceration between PCCD, the Office of Attorney General PA Reentry Council, county, and local community-based organizations. You will also administer county-based Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs, Comprehensive Opioid Stimulant and Substance Use Programs (COSSUP), Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT), Act 80 Vivitrol Programs, as well as manage county-based reentry initiatives that support the Governor's strategy to reduce prison populations, reduce recidivism, and increase community safety. This role requires effective communication to make recommendations to policy decision makers and strong analytical skills to provide information used in making planning, monitoring, and resource allocation decisions. In addition, you will identify issues and barriers to reentry, provide technical assistance to counties implementing reentry, and keep apprised of current trends and requirements for reentry initiatives. - Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, reporting to PCCD Headquarters in Harrisburg at least one day per month. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Program Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Three years of analytical experience, two of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
