In this position, you will be responsible for providing custodial services at the Centre County Maintenance Office to ensure smooth and effective operations. Your tasks will involve regular cleaning activities such as waxing, dusting, and polishing floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures. You will also be tasked with maintaining cleanliness in restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed. Additionally, you will oversee the upkeep of outdoor areas, including shoveling snow, sweeping walkways, mowing grass, and managing lawn care. Proper disposal of waste materials is essential, along with performing minor repairs to plumbing and electrical systems within the building.
