DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will exercise your best judgement and initiative in reviewing and responding to inquiries from customers and accomplishing related team objectives. This includes reviewing membership registration applications for eligibility and completeness; researching pending procurements; and researching and analyzing industry and marketplace trends. You will produce reports in addition to interpreting and applying basic statistical data in order to make recommendations for process and system improvements. Work also involves maintaining databases and reports as well as preparing written reports. We will rely on you to help ensure our customers can acquire the resources they need through the most efficient and cost effective means available, communicate effectively with both customers and prospective suppliers, and promote how to do business with COSTARS. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to four days per week, after the initial training period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years of advanced clerical or para-professional work which included the collection, recording, compilation, and presentation of office management or program related information; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- An Associate's Degree may be substituted for two years of required experience.
