Area Specialist

Staffmark is looking for a hands-on, team-oriented Area Specialist to support daily production and operations at a key client site. This flexible role bridges leadership and frontline teams-playing a critical part in training, shift support, and helping achieve safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $18.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $18.50/hour

Schedule Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Train and onboard new temporary employees
• Support shift start-ups and daily check-ins
• Assist team members with production tasks and escalate concerns as needed
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure proper PPE usage
• Monitor production goals and quality standards
• Act as a communication liaison between Staffmark and client supervisors
• Step in to assist other production areas as needed

What You'll Need:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting preferred
• Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Basic computer proficiency is a plus
