Position Overview: The Strategic Initiatives Coordinator will work directly with the Director of Strategic Initiatives to support a wide range of high-impact projects-from launching an Adaptive AI-based learning school and managing student-run sports broadcasting, to supporting personalized and customized academic opportunities for students. This individual will play a vital role in planning, implementing, and managing cutting-edge academic programs designed to provide customized learning pathways for Lipscomb Academy students, aligning with our strategic goals and Christian mission. This is a multifaceted role combining project management, communications, research, and tech integration.
