What this job involves -

The Project Manager delivers Corporate Real Estate (CRE) projects for a variety of client leaders. The project manager has the responsibility for leading all assigned projects with strong project management rigor and in accordance with JLL PM standards, ensuring all related processes run smoothly, and managing project risks and issues proactively. The Project Manager is accountable for quality, on-time, and in-budget delivery.

Your day to day:

Key Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Full life-cycle project management of facility implementations, ranging a wide variety of CRE projects following appropriate methodology.Accountable for on-time, in-scope, in-budget delivery of SOW deliverables for assigned project(s)
  • Responsible for quality documentation and delivery following JLL and client PM best practices, including scope definition and management, project plan creation and maintenance, proactive risk management, issue escalation, stakeholder management, vendor management, budget management, communication, and status reporting.
  • Responsible for project performance metrics.
  • Effectively manage project risk.Acts as a point of internal and external escalation for problem solving and conflictresolution on the project.
  • Effectively manage scope, identify and execute on change orders as needed.
  • Stakeholder communications including weekly status reporting.
