Job Objective: The Staff Accountant - Payroll is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of payroll processing and reporting for all employees of the division. Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications: Education: Associate's degree in related field; may consider experience in lieu of education Experience: Previous experience in payroll and accounting preferred Certifications/Licenses: None Skills/Abilities:
Supervisory Responsibility: None Physical Requirements: Include good speaking, hearing and vision ability and excellent manual dexterity. Ability to stand, bend and reach for extended periods of time, dexterity of hands and fingers to operate office equipment. May need to climb, balance, kneel, crouch or crawl. This position will require the ability to lift and/or move more than 10 pounds occasionally. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job. Travel: Travel is not required. Driving: Driving is not required. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a typical office environment. Moderate noise level in business office.
