Now Hiring: Licensed Therapist Job Type: Full-time Program Information RHD Ocean County RIST is a residential intensive support team that provides the services needed to maintain independent living with community integration for individuals experiencing homelessness, chemical dependence and/or mental illness. Issues such as chemical dependence, mental health, homelessness, family reunification, and education/vocational needs may be addressed. RHD Ocean County RIST fosters a nurturing atmosphere of trust, support, independence, and safety. It is a program that facilitates growth by building trust between the staff and the consumers. Staff will be available around the clock to provide consumers with individual support and attention. The goal is to support and encourage the development of life skills required to sustain successful living in the community. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide comprehensive evaluation, assessment and therapeutic intervention to address the psychological, emotional and social needs to the youth, families and staff at Hope Homes. Duties include formulating evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting individual, group, and family therapy and providing case management functions.
