Role Purpose:TheDigital Product Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for end-users of the breeding operations system and conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective system adoption and usage.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of end-user inquiries and issues related to the breeding operations system.
  • Provide clear and concise documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support end-user adoption and proficiency.
  • Accurately capture and communicate user feedback and requirements to relevan stakeholders.
  • Independently conduct training sessions and workshops, tailoring content to different user groups and skill levels.
  • Under supervision, assist in the testing and validation of system updates and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of the breeding operations system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, supporting complex software systems or applications.
  • Proven track record in developing user-friendly documentation and training materials.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for diverse user groups.
  • Familiarity with agribusiness operations and breeding processes is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with system updates and changes.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops effectively.
  • Familiarity with agribusiness operations and breeding processes is preferred.
