We're excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for an Operator Technician to join our team at our client's Russellville, AR facility! Schedule: 7pm - 7am, rotating shift Pay: $24.40/hr. What You'll Be Doing: Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment following safety and quality standards Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and lubrication Conduct tests and inspections to ensure product quality and performance Record operating data and production progress Assist maintenance teams with troubleshooting and repairs Safely operate cranes, jacks, and forklifts to move materials and equipment Follow environmental, health, and safety regulations at all times What We're Looking For: A safety-first mindset and commitment to reporting any concerns A dependable, team-oriented work ethic with a positive attitude Openness to change, new ideas, and continuous improvement Willingness to communicate honestly and respectfully with team members Motivation to think like an owner and contribute to process improvements Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment Basic understanding of machinery, tools, and maintenance procedures This is a direct hire position with benefits offered by our client including 401(k) with matching, dental and vision insurance, health insurance with options for flexible spending and health savings accounts, life insurance, paid time off, a retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and professional development assistance.
