THE ROLE Use discretion, judgment, HR experience and knowledge, to plan and direct the strategic vision of various HR Technology Solutions, identifying, recommending, and implementing long- and short-term solutions and improved processes to enhance the Human Resource infrastructure. Work to increase efficiencies, reduce workflows and optimize the use of current and proposed systems within the HR Department. The Senior Manager, HR Technology will be responsible for incorporating functionality and systems that deliver efficiencies and an exceptional user experience in support of our talent management goals. This will include identification and implementation of new systems, as well as ongoing assessment, management and administration of existing and new HR Technology systems. WHAT YOU WILL DO

 #LI-JN1Base Salary Range: $128,500.00 - $192,500.00 This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus. At MFS, we believe in fair and transparent compensation.
