Job Summary The Sr Manager - Client Consulting is responsible for overseeing a service-oriented department by leading Account Managers, identifying and escalating operational trends, actively engaging in the problem-solving process and maintaining overall distribution partner satisfaction with Medicare sales operations. This position is responsible for managing and strategic planning delivery of information and analysis on client cost and utilization data for eligible accounts; recommending and implementing best practices for department; providing benefit consulting services to large accounts; providing direction to staff of benefit consultants and analysts; developing and enhancing consistent policies and processes; providing quality data and analysis to large accounts; and consulting with large accounts on informational needs and interpretation of the data. #LI-Hybrid #LI-DR2 Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting or Finance OR 4 years' experience. 7 years' experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants. 7 years' experience requiring data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data. 4 years leadership experience including 2 yrs in a management position. Experience of Healthcare benefits, terminology, and concepts and insurance economies. Experience of quantitative and qualitative standards and measures and statistical measures and concepts. Negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills. Verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. PC proficiency to include Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Job Qualifications: Professional designation such as Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (C.E.B.S.). Are you being referred to one of our roles? The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Base Pay Range$100,000.00 - $180,700.00
