Responsibilities
Outpatient Program Coordinator The Hospital is seeking a full-time Outpatient Program Coordinator for our Outpatient Services Department, with locations in Oak Park and/or the far south side of Chicago. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position that includes daytime and early evening hours with no weekend coverage required. Qualifications JOB SPECIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. EDUCATION: Must possess a High School Diploma or GED. Experience: 1-3 years admin experience required. Previous experience with healthcare scheduling and/or billing practices strongly preferred. Licensure/Certification: None Knowledge: Excellent communication skills and exceptional level of professionalism. trong organizational skills and ability to adeptly work with multiple computer systems simultaneously. Bilingual in Spanish/English a strong plus!! Job Classification: Non -Exempt This job classification in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
