Job Description
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Analyst to join our Payroll Services Department. Reporting to the Director of Payroll Services and Benefits Accounting, this exempt position plays a critical role in the timely and accurate processing of three University payrolls - faculty/staff biweekly, student biweekly, and international monthly - within our Workday Payroll and Time Tracking system. This role supports payroll processing for approximately 8,300 Form W-2s annually and ensures compliance with university policies, collective bargaining agreement (Daytona Beach campus), and all applicable local, state, and federal labor laws.
