*Description*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst to support the migration of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes from ServiceNow to RSA Archer. This role will be instrumental in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with enterprise risk and compliance objectives. *Key Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, IT, and Security teams to gather and document business and functional requirements for Archer modules. * Analyze existing workflows and data structures in ServiceNow to map and translate them into Archer-compatible formats. * Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to elicit requirements and define use cases. * Work closely with Archer developers and system integrators to ensure requirements are accurately implemented. * Develop and maintain process documentation, data dictionaries, and user stories. * Support testing efforts, including UAT planning, test case creation, and defect tracking. * Assist in change management and training efforts to onboard users to the new Archer platform. * Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and regulatory requirements. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in GRC or risk management domains. * Hands-on experience with RSA Archer platform (use case configuration, data feeds, reporting). * Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC and understanding of its data structures and workflows. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * RSA Archer certification (e.g., Archer Associate or Administrator). *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
