A Reputable Company is hiring a Workday FINS Manager! Job Description: We are seeking a Workday FINS Manager to oversee the continuous development, optimization, and support of the Workday platform, with a focus on Financials and Adaptive Planning. This role is hands-on and does not involve direct people management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in Workday and a passion for process improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the ongoing development, optimization, and security of the Workday platform * Ensure data integrity through regular audits and maintenance * Develop and deliver reports and analytics to support business decisions * Provide strategic oversight for Workday-related operations and initiatives * Evaluate system configurations and respond to capability inquiries * Identify areas for improvement and implement tested, effective solutions * Coordinate and participate in system upgrades and testing * Create and execute detailed test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues * Stay current with Workday updates and implement best practices * Train and support end-users on Workday functionalities Required Skills & Experience: * 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience, particularly in Financials and Adaptive Planning * Experience with ticket management, user support, and documentation * Strong reporting and analytics skills * Proven ability to diagnose and resolve system issues * Experience with process optimization and system configuration * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Bachelor's degree preferred * Workday certifications are a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
