Job Description

The Role: As a Partner Operations Manager at Strategy, you will independently lead the execution, optimization, and oversight of partner-related operations and strategic processes. Acting as a cross-functional operator, you will serve as the central point of coordination across internal teams-Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, and Partners-to drive partner performance, operational scale, and data-driven insights.

In this highly visible role, you will take ownership of critical partner lifecycle processes, operational infrastructure, compliance workflows, and reporting cadence. You'll lead strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, automate processes, and enable Strategy and its partners to operate more effectively at scale-without direct management responsibilities.

In-Office Position: At Strategy, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in-office days with Fridays as work-from-home.

Your Focus:

  • Own and Optimize Partner Operations:Lead the end-to-end execution of partner operational workflows, including onboarding, deal registration, program benefits, partner commissions, and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:Act as the primary liaison between internal teams for all partner-related operational matters, driving alignment, accountability, and issue resolution.
  • Operational Governance & Systems Oversight:Maintain and improve partner data accuracy and process integrity across Salesforce, and the Partner Portal. Identify and implement automation and workflow improvements to increase scale and accuracy.
  • Partner Lifecycle Support:Manage key processes related to partner agreements, benefits access, vendor setup, invoicing, and fee collection-ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the partner journey.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights:Develop and deliver actionable dashboards, reporting and KPIs that help Sales and Partners teams monitor partner performance. Support quarterly business reviews and strategic decision-making.
  • Cloud Hyperscaler Marketplaces presence and transactional capability:Ensure that Strategy software can be transacted via private offers in all supported Cloud Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), and activate free trials and transactional capabilities in select products.
  • Compliance and Audit Readiness:Administer and ensure adherence to FCPA and other regulatory processes, including routing and ownership via internal systems.
  • Strategic Project Leadership:Independently lead partner-related operational projects to drive efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support new initiatives and programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field; MBA or advanced education is a plus
  • 3-5+ years of experience in partner/channel operations, sales operations, or business operations in the technology or software industry
  • Experience owning complex operational processes and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and analytics/reporting tools; SQL experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of partner/channel models and operational workflows
