Summary of Responsibilities: Provides technical support required to maintain U.S. Marine Corps aviation simulators at MCAS Futenma. Minimum requirements: IAT-I requirements with an A+ Certification or equivalent and maintain the minimum training requirements as identified on DoD 8570.01M. Shall be able to acquire and maintain an active secret clearance. Minimum of (2) years aviation electronics, training system, equipment or simulator maintenance experience on systems of comparable complexity. Shall have graduated from a two (2) year electronic technician resident course at an accredited technical institute or the military equivalent. Ideal candidate is a prior military Aviation Electronics Technician CDI, CDQAR, or QAR, at either the Intermediate or Organizational Level Knowledge of office equipment and applications such as copier, personal computer and Microsoft Office.
