Aloha! One of Hawaii's local healthcare clients is seeking a Desktop Technician to assist with their PC Lifecycle Replacement project. This position would assist in supporting hardware/software, image machines, troubleshoot, and decommission old PCs.
*Other* Mon-Fri normal business hours. Parking not included. Other tasks as assigned. *Contract will be 3 months to start and possibility to extend long term quarterly.* *Top Skills* 1. Basic hardware/software troubleshooting experience 2. Experience imaging devices 3. Excellent customer service skills *Additional Skills* Desktop, Windows 10, Support, Troubleshooting, Active directory, Help desk support, Hardware, Technical support, Service desk, Office 365, Microsoft office, Application support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion while moving equipment - Flexibility to work at either of the 3 locations nice to have but not required *Additional Compliance Information* Background check and medical screening required (TB test included). If candidate is not vaccinated (flu/Covid) they will need to earn an exemption through the client. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
