Lending & Deposit Development: Evaluate and underwrite commercial loan applications by analyzing financial information, assessing credit risk, and structuring terms that meet both the customer's needs and the Bank's risk parameters. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, community leaders, and financial intermediaries. Represent South Story Bank & Trust in local networking opportunities to identify new business prospects. Portfolio Management: Monitor an active loan portfolio, ensuring timely follow-up on key performance indicators, managing loan documentation, and proactively addressing any potential red flags. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all lending activities are performed in compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and sound risk management practices. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with credit analysts, operations, and risk management teams to support thorough loan processing and exceptional customer service.
