For a full list of our comprehensive benefits, see our website: https://www.sarepta.com/join-us The Importance of the Role The Senior Director, Opinion Leader Programming, leads the strategic development and execution of global ad boards for Sarepta's cross-functional objectives for both commercial and portfolio products. Additionally, the Senior Director will oversee the execution of Sarepta's annual Congress Plan, which includes managing the booth development/management and activities at 35+ global congresses. The Senior Director, Opinion Leader Programming works closely with key cross-functional partners, including Clinical Development, Marketing (ELEVIDYS & PMO), Gene Therapy Site Readiness, Medical Affairs, Payer, LGMD, Clinical Diagnostics, Global Market Access, and Patient Affairs, and also manages external vendors. This position is responsible for presenting findings from ad boards and congresses broadly across the organization, including to senior management. To achieve these objectives, the Senior Director will manage a team of three employees within OLP.The Opportunity to Make a Difference

The targeted salary range for this position is $216,000 - $270,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta's compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.
