Summary: Requires an energetic, motivated and dedicated sales professional to make outbound calls to potential customers, current customers and past customers. The incumbent is responsible for growing our customer base through prospecting and re-enrolling customers. Responsibilities: *Making outbound calls to potential customers (leads provided) *Managing leads by tracking and following up on them *Conducting sales presentations via the phone and internet *Closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan *Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality and call metrics Position Success Criteria: *The successful candidate must fully embrace Commitment to Excellence, Integrity, Collaboration, Empowerment, Innovation and Customer Centric focus. *Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, speak articulately and persuasively. The successful candidate will be able to identify the customer's needs and match with the best product available to close sales. *Must be goal oriented and demonstrate strong drive and ambition. The successful candidate will have the ability to break goals down into small pieces and effectively meet/exceed them. *The successful candidate will be open and receptive to coaching and feedback geared to improve sales performance. *MUST HAVE STRONG ENGLISH AND SPANISH* *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Requirements: *6 months or more call center experience; outbound experience preferred *High school diploma or GED Best V Average- The best employee has a true understanding of the mechanics of a sale, is very articulate and has a high energy level. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
