Job Title: Retail Sales Specialist
Location: Mukilteo, WA Duration: 12 months Shifts: 1st shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Job Description Summary We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual looking for an opportunity to join our team as a Retail Sales Specialist. Job Description Retail Sales Specialist Duties & Responsibilities: * Open/close store. * Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. * Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. * Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders. * Process POS (point of sale) purchases. * Handle returns of merchandise. * Processes freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns. * Maintains organized stock room and store inventory preparation. * Prepares and processes store orders for customers. * Identifies and rep Hard skillset/background/education requirements (top 1-5): * 3+ years of sales experience or customer service. * Strong knowledge in common business applications (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel). * Excellent verbal and written skills. | |
