About the team

Our Marketing and Communications teams help us reach and connect with more people. Thinking like a customer comes naturally for these Worldpayers, but they're always striving to master it. The creativity they bring is backed by hard data - a blend that truly moves the needle.

This position is based in the U.S and may be virtual or hybrid, with hybrid work available from our offices in Cincinnati, Atlanta, or Denver.

What you'll own

  • Create content - written and visual formats - suitable for a range of promotional, educational communications to entice merchants to become customers of Worldpay SMB.
  • Work across product management, sales and corporate marketing to design, develop and produce external and internal content in the form of digital advertising, white papers, product sheets, sales enablement tools and overall communications for SMB globally.
  • Develop exception and compelling content - including headlines, copy and long form content, leveraging the positive attributes of Worldpay SMB. Use video formats for ultimate storytelling, leveraging customer testimonials, research reports and/or social media.
  • Support a range of concepts with SMB at the center.
  • Design compelling content that enables prospects and clients to easily understand the value of our solutions and service.
  • Ensure competitive viability of our content and propositions by testing concepts and keeping abreast of competitive offerings.
  • Stay current with marketing techniques that would enhance our content and recommend new tests.
  • Must be able to work fast and willing to test a series of creative concepts.
  • Manage 1 -2 resources and work closely with internal virtual team members and creative agencies to optimize high volume of assignments.
  • Experienced SMB Growth Marketing director level associate with SMB acquisition needed.
  • Understanding of the merchant solutions and demand generation techniques preferred. Must have a portfolio of work examples and describe the process of creative execution.

The pay range for this full-time position is $150,300.00 - $252,500.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
